    FYI–PEOPLE, THIS METHOD DOES NOT WORK ON FIRE HD 8.9 VERSION 8.1.X.

    does not load on Kindle Fire HD running version.7.3.0. Instructions as for owner to "allow debugging"… we do not have a option for this. Also the instruction specifies the word "PHONE".. I selected table why would the directions state phone. Regardless the setup install did not take.

      so the solution is, I buy a tablet? what would i do with the one I have already?… be kinda hard to sell to someone, when they ask, " so why are you selling your Kindle Fire?"… and my reply is, " well its not a IPAD"…LOL

    Uh… unless you are smarter then Hashcode then I doubt you have any of those custom roms working on a KFHD7".

      Yes. They have the same OS (Operating System)
