    Can't root my note 2. Program goes to step 5 (Root) then I get the message "program not responding". Phone then locks up and I must remove and replace battery to turn off. Same results twice.

    I am still getting the same message. Goes about 25-30% and says FAIL in the top left corner. Then get the Error message. Any help on this? What can I do differently?
